The Command Financial Specialist (CFS) shall function as the command's principal advisor on policies and matters related to Personal Financial Management (PFM). CFSs are nominated by their commands as special assistants to senior leadership. They help others with car buying, checking account management, credit and bankruptcy, and financial planning.

Other Requirements: Successfully complete the training prescribed by MCO 1700.37 approved CFS course and be command endorsed.
