Description

The Marketing and PR Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and public relations strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support organizational growth. This individual will oversee all marketing communications, including email campaigns, press releases, social media, and media outreach, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Working closely with leadership, this role will identify target audiences, craft compelling narratives, and coordinate the timing and delivery of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable developing content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to refine outreach and optimize results.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design and implement a cohesive marketing and PR strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, audience, and growth objectives.

Campaign Execution: Manage email blasts, newsletters, and drip campaigns using CRM or marketing automation tools.

Media Relations: Write and distribute press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and coordinate interviews or appearances.

Social Media Management: Plan and schedule content, oversee engagement, and track analytics across platforms.

Content Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to produce articles, visuals, and multimedia assets for campaigns.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as engagement, lead conversion, and media coverage; prepare regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Event Promotion: Support webinars, launches, and other events through coordinated communications and promotional materials.

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proficient with CRM or email tools (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and WordPress
Important Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of marketing and PR experience
  • Experience with media or influencer outreach
Nice-to-have Qualifications
