Description

Craft engaging and effective learning solutions. We seek a creative Instructional Designer to transform complex information into accessible, impactful digital and blended learning experiences. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement innovative training programs that drive knowledge retention and skill development.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze learning needs and define learning objectives.
  • Design instructional strategies and develop course content (e.g., eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids).
  • Create engaging multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, and interactive elements.
  • Develop assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
