Description

High blood pressure affects millions worldwide, yet conventional treatments often focus only on medication while overlooking root causes. This course takes a holistic look at hypertension, drawing on the combined experience of neurosurgeons, dietitians, nurses, and molecular biologists to reveal practical, science-backed approaches to lasting cardiovascular health.

You’ll explore how diet, mineral balance, and salt intake truly affect blood pressure, and why not all salt is created equal. The course also examines the impact of stress, inflammation, and emotional well-being, offering tools for stress management, lifestyle changes, and spiritual health practices that support long-term healing. You’ll learn about the role of nitric oxide, vitamin D, and natural killer cells in regulating blood pressure, as well as how movement, hydration, and the lymphatic system contribute to homeostasis.

By the end of the program, you’ll understand how nutrition, environment, mindset, and medical knowledge all intersect—and gain practical strategies for lowering blood pressure naturally and sustainably. Whether you’re managing hypertension yourself or supporting others, this course provides a balanced, whole-person framework for building resilience and improving overall health.
