How Our Bodies Heal with Light and Energy

The human body is an intricate system influenced not only by chemistry and biology, but also by identity, consciousness, and energetic fields. In this class, Dr. Carrie Madej explores how spiritual alignment, mental patterns, and environmental frequencies may influence the body’s natural ability to heal.

Participants will begin by examining how personal identity and belief systems shape perception, stress responses, and physiological outcomes. The course will explore research connecting spiritual health and meaning with measurable changes in the body, including immune function, recovery, and resilience.

NOTE: Session II will be highly interactive with generous room for student Q&A and dialogue with Carrie.

Dr. Madej will also examine the relationship between mental states and physical health. Research in psychoneuroimmunology, stress biology, and emotional regulation shows how thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns can influence inflammation, hormonal balance, and cellular repair.

The class then moves into the emerging science of energetic medicine. Participants will explore how light, sound, electromagnetic frequencies, and other forms of energy interact with biological systems. Topics include sunlight and biophotons, grounding and the Earth’s electromagnetic field, sound and resonance, and technologies designed to influence cellular communication and healing.

Finally, the course introduces a broader paradigm of integrative healing that recognizes the interconnected nature of body, mind, spirit, and environment. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how identity, consciousness, and energetic influences may support the body’s natural healing processes.
