This module provides an overview of what's new in ArkHub version 2.01 and why these updates matter for educators. Participants will get a high-level tour of the refreshed ArkHub LMS interface and its improved branding and navigation.
Learn how to use the new Unified Dynamic Search feature to search across Programs, Products, Services, Jobs, and Organizations from a single interface. This module covers practical search strategies and how to filter results effectively.
This module explores the AI assist feature that automatically fills in category, subcategory, and classification fields as you write your program. Participants will practice using this tool to speed up program creation and improve content organization.
Discover how Educator-Open Programs work and how to find paid teaching opportunities posted by organizations on the platform. This module also covers the new Jobs tab on Organization profiles and the public Jobs page.
This module walks participants through the one-click publish feature that instantly creates an entire LMS course structure. Learners will understand how to go from program draft to live course with minimal steps.
Participants will learn how to set up SMS and email program alerts for students, and how to use the multi-role view to switch between Educator, Student, and Organization perspectives. This module also reviews key navigation improvements in the refreshed platform.
