Nancy shares how it all began:

As one who had significant sleep struggles due to a snoring spouse, I could relate to other people’s yawns. So I began researching sleep: the science, the strategies, and the sleep sabotaging habits. With my background in finance and recognizing that how employees slept was impacting the bottom line and workforce performance, I started sharing my work and soon found myself consulting to major companies and creating the Sleep Well/Live Well course for their employees. The feedback was amazing, from the company and the employees. I frequently heard that a simple shift recommended in the program – like tuning out from technology an hour before bed or not looking at the clock if awakening during the night – had a huge, positive impact on a person’s sleep. My dream was to make Sleep Well/Live Well available for everyone to engage and I am so grateful it’s now here for you.
